By accessing or using PipPrime Capital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
PipPrime Capital provides evaluation and simulated trading challenge services. All trading accounts provided are demo/simulated accounts — they do not involve real financial instruments, real broker accounts, or actual market execution unless explicitly stated. Profit payouts are made from PipPrime Capital's own funds based on simulated performance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in trading-related services in your jurisdiction. Residents of the United States of America are not permitted to use our services.
Each challenge type has specific rules including profit targets, maximum daily loss limits, and overall drawdown limits. Violating any rule results in immediate account breach and disqualification from that challenge phase. Rules are clearly stated on the product page and your dashboard.
Challenge fees are one-time payments per evaluation attempt. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. PipPrime Capital reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.
Traders who successfully complete evaluation phases and meet all requirements may request profit payouts. Payouts are subject to KYC verification, compliance review, and admin approval. PipPrime Capital reserves the right to withhold or reject payouts if suspicious activity or rule violations are detected.
All content, branding, and technology on PipPrime Capital are proprietary. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
PipPrime Capital is not liable for any losses incurred in simulated trading, technical outages, or interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining challenge progress.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
