PipPrime Capital maintains a strict refund policy aligned with the nature of our evaluation services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All challenge fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and trading credentials have been issued. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the service (access to a simulated evaluation account) has been delivered upon credential issuance.
We may consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
Refund requests based on trading performance, rule violations, or change of mind are not eligible.
Some challenge plans include a fee rebate upon successful completion of the evaluation. This is a separate benefit paid after passing all phases — it is not a refund of the original purchase.
To submit a refund request for an eligible exception:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported for fraud. We encourage you to resolve disputes directly with our support team first.
